A quick explanation of TAM type surveys.  TAM surveys are written in the future tense because their purpose is to quantify a user's expectations in specific scenarios.  Therefore, "Using the World-wide web would enable me to..." does not imply that you ~ as the user ~ do not use the the WWW, but instead means "I expect that using the World-wide Web would enable me to...."  Your expectations are said to be arrived at by your past interactions with the scenario being examined.
